Agentic AI by Industry Labs: The Factory that Thinks, Learns, and Acts
Automation is no longer enough. In an increasingly complex, uncertain, and competitive industrial environment, the real leap isn't just about digitizing processes but advancing towards cognitive digitalization: intelligent systems that are autonomous, capable of learning, and adapting in real-time.
That's why we created Agentic AI from Industry Labs, the natural evolution of our Industry MES and Industry APS systems. It's a real-time contextual intelligence solution powered by AI agents that understand what's happening, anticipate what's coming, and act—without human intervention.
What Makes Industry Agentic AI Unique?
Instant bottleneck detection
Real-time rescheduling in response to changes in demand, inventory, or resources
Predictive quality control before failures occur
Automated synchronization of production and supply chain
Real Results:
40% improvement in planning efficiency
25% increase in productivity
30% reduction in waste
Return on investment in less than 6 months
The future is not just digital, it's intelligent, autonomous, and real-time.
With Industry Agentic AI, we move from being reactive to proactive.
Build today the factory your market will demand tomorrow.

Industry News | May – July 2025
Over the past three months, the global industrial sector has experienced a period of high volatility and structural uncertainty, marked by economic deceleration, supply chain reconfiguration, intensive digitalization, and various government responses.
Here's a country-by-country summary:
United States – Industrial Decline and Electoral Pressure
Drop in manufacturing PMI: it fell for the third consecutive month to 47.8 in July. Companies report lower domestic and external demand, influenced by electoral uncertainty and new trade sanctions on Asian suppliers.

Pressure for reshoring: the government has announced tax incentives for companies relocating factories from China and Mexico. Sectors like automotive and electronics are already reacting.

Bloomberg, Financial Times
Mexico – Nearshoring Advances, but with Mixed Signals
Nearshoring slowdown: although investments continue in the north of the country, several projects are on hold due to the electoral climate in the U.S. and currency volatility.

Stable yet strained manufacturing: fell by 0.6% in June, affected by low external demand and rising energy costs. The government is considering strategic subsidies for export sectors.
Private sector reaction: COPARMEX and Concamin are calling for technical panels to analyze the impact of the peso–dollar exchange rate and logistical delays.

El Financiero, El País
Spain – Technological Investment and Regional Growth
Catalonia drives Industry 5.0: a new grant program for industrial digitalization, aimed at manufacturing SMEs. It includes support for industrial AI, collaborative robots, and MES/APS software.
Record exports in Navarra: grew by 5.3% in the second quarter, highlighting agricultural machinery and automotive components.

Transformation plan in Euskadi: activated the "Green Industry" fund to finance the energy transition of medium-sized factories.

Expansión, La Vanguardia
China – Forced Adaptation and Inward Turn
Reorientation of export model: facing U.S. restrictions, China bets on domestic consumption and exports to ASEAN and Africa.

AI-driven manufacturing: investment in industrial AI grew by 14% in June, supported by the government. Autonomous factories are being implemented in sectors like textile, electronics, and robotics.

Gradual decoupling: exports to the U.S. fell by 8.1%, while those to Southeast Asia increased by 9.7%.
Nikkei Asia, South China Morning Post
Conclusion
The period from May–July 2025 has reinforced key global trends:
Cautious nearshoring
Strategic reindustrialization in Europe
Accelerated digitalization in Asia
The global industrial landscape demands more flexibility, intelligence, and resilience.
