Functional Consulting

Functional consulting is oriented towards the analysis of the different internal processes of clients, in order to identify their information flow and recommend organizational changes that allow better use of the solution offered.
Product consulting, based on its in-depth knowledge of the system, establishes, in collaboration with the client, the parameterization rules and advises on the correct configuration of the solution so that it is effective, efficient and complies with the technical and functional standards that guarantee its correct operation. Likewise, it instructs on its use and conceptually supports decision-making in order to obtain the best competitive advantages on the use of the solution.

Technical Consulting

Technical consulting ensures that the solution works correctly, technically supports the installation, migration and fine-tuning process of the solution, supports the implementation in the optimal configuration and parameterization of the system and provides technological advice, and also assesses and develops additional implementations required based on the client's business needs (custom developments).
